Bill began his early professional career servicing Industrial Equipment Sales, Service and Rental Markets. In 1995, Bill co-founded Safety Source, Inc. a dominant, multi-location regional distributor of safety equipment and supplies before successfully monetizing in 2015. Bill has served as Chairman of the Board of Safety Marketing Group, an international buying cooperative, representing 50+ independent distributors approaching $1B in annual revenue as well as being former President of the American Society of Safety Engineers in Mobile, AL. After multiple M&A experiences, including years of working hand-in-glove with a national M&A advisory firm, Bill decided to join Transworld bringing his experience and business acumen to serve our local business community. Bill’s primary service area is focused on lower-middle market transactions ($1mm-$25mm) having both buy-side and sell-side experience in a number of industry concentrations.
