Utilizing the skills learned throughout her education and patient-related work, Heather shifted her efforts and began her first company. Serving mostly oil and gas related clients, her company grew from a single entity into two separate companies with focus on both union and non-union land clearing and site prep services. After a decade, it came time to exit those businesses and Heather found herself searching for her next opportunity. Having undergone the exit process independently, Heather experienced firsthand what it meant to leave her business.
